We are seeking someone to join our team as an administration support person for a short-term contract while our staff is on maternity leave. This is a fixed term, fulltime contract for nine months to a year based in Penrose, Auckland. It is a customer service role,allowing you to utilise all your passion for people and administration skills.
Responsibilities
· Assist with processing customers transactions such as deposits, loan payments, withdrawals
· Tracking, recording and reporting information related to customers’ accounts and transactions
· Reconciliation of daily bank balances
· Onboarding of new customers in line with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act
· Setting up deposit and loan client accounts
· Resolving complaints, account discrepancies and answering account enquiries
· Explain and promote the products and services of Christian Savings
· Any other duties that may be required

· Able to work independently
· Experience working with different computer systems (e.g Microsoft products, Banking)
· Strong attention to detail
