• There must be no history of dishonoured or arrears in relation to your existing loans with us.
• You must not have received any previous top-up loans within the last 6 months.
• You must be able to provide us with an acceptable contingency plan for debt repayment.

• The Borrower must provide any “Know Your Client” information (being the information required by us to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009) necessary to ensure its client records with Christian Savings are up-to-date.
• The Borrower must have a Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) that is compliant with Christian Savings’ lending policy.
• The Borrower must pay an establishment fee of a minimum $500 or 1% of the facility amount, whichever is higher.
• Christian Savings’ revolving facility interest rates shall apply to financial hardship relief loans.
• The Borrower shall appoint CATAS Limited for its accounting and budgeting services if Christian Savings determines in its complete discretion that it is required to assist with the Borrower’s financial management and governance. The appointment of CATAS Limited shall be at the cost of the Borrower. However, Christian Savings may add a further $2,000.00 to a financial hardship relief loan to assist with the payment of the cost of their appointment.
• Within three months from the initial drawdown of the loan, the Borrower must hold a meeting with its congregation to advise them of its financial position and provide a copy of the associated meeting minutes to Christian Savings.
